摘    要:煤矿输送带修复点也是易损点,对其准确定位并开展性能监测是输送带健康状态监测的重点。采用高频射频识别技术,基于本安设计准则,研发了煤矿输送带修复点状态监测系统。信息录入系统硬件由ARM主机和KLM930型读写装置组成,软件由LabVIEW for WinCE开发。实时定位及监测系统硬件由STM32单片机、KLM930型读写装置、SDW型串口屏组成。选用KLP1504型无源电子标签为定位单元标签,选用KL9414型无源电子标签为监测单元标签。实验表明该系统能够准确读取粉尘等复杂环境下修复点的定位信息和运行状态信息,具有较高的准确性和稳定性,为煤矿输送带健康状态监测、减少安全事故提供了新的解决方案。

Abstract:Coal mine conveyor belt repair point is also vulnerable point,accurate positioning and performance monitoring is the focus of conveyor belt health monitoring.Using high frequency radio frequency identification technology,based on the intrinsic safety design criteria,the condition monitoring system of coal mine conveyor belt repair point was developed.The information entry system hardware consists of an ARM host and a KLM930 read-write device,and the software was developed by LabVIEW for WinCE.The real-time positioning and monitoring system hardware consists of STM32 single-chip microcomputer,KLM930 type reading and writing device,and SDW type serial screen.The KL9414 passive electronic label was selected as the positioning unit label,and the KLP1504 passive electronic label was selected as the monitoring unit label.Experiments show that the system can accurately read the location information and operating status information of repair points in complex environments such as dust,and has high accuracy and stability.It provides a new solution for monitoring the health of coal mine conveyor belts and reducing safety accidents.
