矿用带式输送机张紧力控制机构研究

摘    要:张紧力控制机构是煤矿井下带式输送机的重要组成部分,为提高其工作能力和稳定性,本文首先对输送带的摩擦传动原理和张紧力控制机构的作用进行了分析,在此基础上,重点对一种张紧绞车和液压缸相结合的张紧力控制机构的设备组成、关键零部件选型、张紧力控制原理等进行了研究,其在自动控制模式下可实现对不同工况条件下张紧力的实时检测和动态自动控制,且该机构在张紧行程储备、设备成本节约、缓冲吸振、断带保护等方面具有显著应用优势。

Abstract:The tension control mechanism is an important part of the coal mine belt conveyor.In order to improve its working capacity and stability,this article first analyzes the friction transmission principle of the conveyor belt and the role of the tension control mechanism.Above,the focus is on the equipment composition,key component selection,tension control principle,etc.of a tension control mechanism that combines a tension winch and hydraulic cylinder.It can realize different types of tension control under automatic control mode.Real-time detection and dynamic automatic control of tension under working conditions,and the mechanism has significant application advantages in terms of tension stroke reserve,equipment cost saving,cushioning and vibration absorption,and belt break protection.
