摘    要:根据塑件结构特点和技术要求,设计了1副1模1腔三板注射模,使用点浇口进料,通过T形块、斜导柱+滑块、滑块内置斜推块等复合抽芯机构,解决了多个方向的倒扣脱模问题。经生产实践表明,模具结构设计合理、抽芯机构稳定、工作可靠、安装方便、占用空间少、模具零件易更换,生产的塑件成型质量好,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of plastic parts,a three-plate injection mould with one cavity and point gate was designed.By means of the compos?ite core-pulling mechanism,such as T block,inclined guide pillar+slider and slider internally in?stalled inclined ejector pad,the problem of multi-direction fastener demoulding was solved.The production practice showed that the mould structure design was reasonable,the core-pulling mechanism was stable,the work was reliable,the installation was convenient,the occupied space was less,the mould parts were easy to change,the plastic parts was formed well,which obtained good economic benefits.
