| 摘 要： | 提出利用预制底孔来减小橡胶零件冲制时自然收缩量波动范围的工艺方案。解析夹布橡胶薄膜高精度尺寸孔的加工工艺参数设计方法。生产实践证明:采用预冲底孔的方法冲制夹布橡胶薄膜,尺寸波动小于0.02 mm,而用原工艺加工的尺寸孔的波动达到0.15 mm。

| Abstract: | The scheme of using prefabricated bottom hole w as put forward to reduce the fluctuation range of natural shrinkage rate duri ng blanking processing.The design method of processing parameters of high-precision dimensional holes for cloth coated rubber thin film was analyzed in detail.Production practice has proved that using the prefa bricated bottom hole,the fluctuation can be controlled within 0.02 mm,while reaches 0.15 mm by the original process. |
