丰峪矿架空乘人装置钢丝绳缺陷检测系统研究

摘    要:架空乘人装置钢丝绳承担动力传输及乘人载荷,使用时会出现磨损、锈蚀、断丝等缺陷,给架空乘人装置使用安全带来一定的不利影响。为了提升架空乘人装置使用安全性,实现钢丝绳缺陷快速、精准监测,在基于磁平衡原理、股波定位基础上,提出一种钢丝绳缺陷检测系统,并对系统探测原理,结构、软件构成等进行详细阐述。现场应用表明,该缺陷检测系统检测精度高、检测数据重复率达98%,检测结果可为钢丝绳保养、维修、更换提供依据。

Abstract:The steel wire rope of the overhead passenger device bears power transmission and passenger load.Defects such as wear,rust and broken wires will occur during use,which will bring certain adverse effects on the safety of the overhead passenger device.In order to improve the safety of the overhead passenger device and realize the rapid and accurate monitoring of wire rope defects,a wire rope defect detection system based on the principle of magnetic balance and strand positioning is proposed,and the system detection principles,structure,software composition,etc.are carried out Elaborate.Field application shows that the defect detection system has high detection accuracy and 98%repetition rate of detection data,and the detection results can provide reference for wire rope maintenance,repair and replacement.
