饮水机出水微生物污染状况调查

摘    要:目的了解饮水机出水物生物污染状况.方法检测33台饮水机饮用前桶内纯净水、饮用3天后、饮用7天后冷、热水出水细菌总数、大肠菌群、致病菌、霉菌和酵母菌.结果饮用前桶内纯净水、饮用3天后冷、热水出水、饮用7天后冷、热水出水的超标率分别为15.2%,45.5%、12.1%、69.7%和21.2%,尤以细菌总数、霉菌和酵母菌超标明显.7天冷水出水超标率明显高于3天冷水出水,P<0.05.结论饮水机冷水出水微生物污染严重,且随饮用时间延长,超标率不断增高.

Abstract:Objective To understand the microorganism pollution status of out drinking water from the barreled - water. Methods The bacterium counts, coliforms, pathogens, fungi and yeasts in 33 samples of the drinking water were detected respectively in the water before use and in the cold and hot flowed - out water after drinking 3 days and Tdays. Results The rate of over-standard for the out water in barreled - water before drinking was 15,2% , the cold and hot water after drinking 3 days and 7days were 45.5% , 12, 1% , 69.7% and 21.2% , respectively. Especially, the rates for the bacterium counts, fungi and yeasts were severely abnonnal and that in the cold out water after drinking 7 days was significant higher in that after drinking 3 days (P < 0.05). Conclusions The severity are the microorganism pollution status in the cold out water from the barreled - drinking water, and the longer the drinking time lasts, the severer the pollution is.
