摘    要:主要针对配电网异常情况下及时准确定位故障点的检修效率问题,提出并研制了配电网短路及接地故障定位故障定位系统.利用互感器、GSM无线传输、概率预估故障定位方法,建立了融合基础数据管理、警示信号显示的管理平台,实现对系统工作的监控.整个系统由现场端和系统服务器端构成.文中介绍了系统构成原理、结构、软件功能和应用效果.运行结果表明,采用贝叶斯概率公式分析故障信息能有效减小由于现场终端损坏、误报等对故障定位的影响,计算简单,实时性好.可便于管理人员和检修人员在进行操作、检修作业时对现场故障状态的掌控.

Abstract:This article focused on the efficiency of maintenance when the distribution network fault, proposed and developed with grid short circuit and ground fault location system. Using transformer, GSM wireless transmission and probability prediction fault location methods, set up a basic data and warning signal display management platform, realize the monitoring of the system. The entire system is constituted by the terminal of the field and server. This paper introduces the system structure principle, structure, software features and application effect. The running results show that using bayes formula to analyze the fault information can effectively reduce the influence by the terminal damage and false positives, the method has simple calculation and good real-time performance. The system makes it easy to manaze personnel and maintenance personnel to control the state of fault durin~ the operation.
