新城中心区规划设计探索

源于英国的新城建设发展到今天,无论是规划设计理念还是建设的内涵都已发生了深刻的变化。与传统模式相比,现代城市中心区的规划设计理念提倡公交优先、多功能混合、人性化的城市设计与完善的绿化景观环境。广州新城中心区规划设计在以广州大都市“副都心”为功能定位的基础上,从规划容量、规划设计理念、规划布局、道路交通系统、绿地系统、特色塑造6个方面对此进行了探索。

Originating in Britain, the construction and development of new towns has as of now undergone great changes either in the conceptof planning and design or in the scope of construction. Compared with the traditional pattern, the concept for the planning and design of moderncity center area advocates the priority for public traffic, multiple function, humanized city design and landscaping environment.The paper takesas an example the planning and design of the city center area, considered as the auxiliary city center of the metropolitan city of Guangzhouand studies the center area in the following seven aspects: capacity of planning, concept of planning and design, planning layout, road andtraffic system, greenbelt system and featured figures, etc.
