微波辐射固体酸催化合成4-芳基二氢香豆素

摘    要:以硅胶负载硫酸为固体酸催化剂,使用微波辐射促进桂皮酸和酚类化合物的Pechmann反应合成4-芳基-3,4-二氢香豆素。通过改变微波的功率、催化剂的用量、溶剂的种类及用量等因素研究反应的最优条件。在所优选的反应条件下,获得收率为33.2%~88.0%的系列4-芳基-3,4-二氢香豆素。

Abstract:Some 4-aryl-3,4-dihydrocoumarins were synthesized via Pechmann reaction from phenols and substituted cinnamic acids in the presence of solid acid((SiO2)n-OSO3H) under microwave irradiation.The influence of reaction conditions on yields was also tested using the reaction of cinnamic acid and phenol as a model reaction,and the optimum conditions were obtained.In the optimum conditions,the desired products were obtained in the yield of 33.2%~88.0%.
