| 摘 要： | 根据市场行情和自身实力，编制自己的企业定额来进行投标报价，以及如何综合运用各种方法来增强企业在投标报价中的竞争力，是我国施工企业在工程量清单计价模式下所面临的急需解决的重要课题。通过分析工程量清单计价模式下成本控制的要素，以及工程量清单计价模式下施工企业成本管理现状，提出加强施工企业成本控制的对策。
