摘    要:为适应川渝地区复杂钻井工况,开发了钻机油改电装置,包括功率补偿装置和变频电传动系统。功率补偿装置采用DQC3000B型无功补偿控制器,具有谐振间接保护措施,同时采取功补电容器串联电抗器的方法,并采取特殊设计确保谐振不会发生。变频传动采取恒功率负载类型,满足驱动要求。针对变频柜提出电磁兼容规范要求,包括变频柜内走线、接地和谐波抑制等,同时针对变频传动和变频柜进行谐波抑制分析;对变频电动机电磁噪声的产生及技术改造进行了研究。

Abstract:The diesel driven to electrically drive device of oil rig consists of SVC and VFD system. The SVC has the syntony preventive step by DQC3000B controller. It takes the series-wound technology of capacitor and reactor,and special design was adopted, so no syntony happens. The VFD system can meet the driving requirement because it takes constant power load. And it advances the EMC criterion come down to wiring and grounding and harmonic suppression in transducer box. And the harmonic suppression was analyzed, aiming at the VFD and the transducer box. And the producing reason and correction technology was studied about the electromagnetism noise of the frequency conversion motor.
