部分男男性行为者HIV/梅毒感染状况及影响因素分析

目的了解上海市静安区男男性行为人群（MSM）艾滋病/梅毒的感染状况,探讨其主要影响因素。方法 2010—2011年对自愿接受检测的男男性行为者开展面对面的问卷调查和艾滋病病毒（HIV）、梅毒抗体检测。结果在接受调查并抽血检测的294名对象中,HIV-1抗体阳性率为6.1%,梅毒双抗体阳性率为9.5%;调查对象最近半年的性伴数量多少、是否使用安全套、梅毒感染与HIV感染状况存在关联（P〈0.05）。结论静安区MSMHIV及梅毒感染率较高,需进一步加大力度在该人群中开展健康教育、行为干预与检测工作。

Testing of HIV and Syphilis and Investigation of Risk Factors Among 416 MSM

OBJECTIVE To test HIV and syphilis,to know the high risk behaviors among men who have sex with men（MSM）,and analyze the risk factors.METHODS During 2010—2011,we investigated the MSM who took voluntary testing,and tested their HIV antibody and syphilis antibody.RESULTS A total of 294 MSM were investigated and tested,the positive rate of HIV-1 antibody was 6.1%,the positive rate of syphilis double antibody was 9.5%.HIV infection was related with the number of sexual partners and condom using during the past 6 months,it was also related with syphilis infection.CONCLUSION HIV and syphilis infection rate were high among MSM.It is important to enhance health education,behavioral intervention and testing.
