摘    要:通过对“甲烷化”副反应影响的研究,开发出对甲烷化副反应有抑制作用的新型QDB-05催化剂。成功地在多套粉煤气化低水/气耐硫变换装置中应用。介绍QDB-05催化剂的性能特点及在低水/气耐硫变换工艺中的应用情况。

Abstract:With the study on the effect of side reaction in“methanation” a new QDB-05 inhibiting cata-lyst to the methanation side reaction is developed and employed successfully in many s-resistant shift units of low water/steam ratio of pulverized-coal gasification plants. Both the performance characteristics of QDB-05 catalyst and its application to the s-resistant shift process of low water/steam ratio are introduced.
