混凝土强度对GFRP-混凝土-PVC管柱的轴压影响分析

摘    要:在酸碱化学环境和潮湿环境中钢管容易被侵蚀,为提高结构的耐久性和承载力,在研究钢管混凝土柱和GFRP管混凝土柱的基础上,提出了GFRP-混凝土-PVC管新型组合柱。设计了一个GFRP-混凝土-PVC管组合柱,分析了组合柱的轴压力学性能,运用ANSYS对GFRP-混凝土-PVC管组合柱在不同混凝土强度等级下的轴压性能进行了数值分析。分析结果表明,随着混凝土强度的提高,GFRP-混凝土-PVC管组合柱的极限承载力提高,呈非线性变化,但承载力增长的速率减小;随着混凝土强度等级的提高,GFRP外管对核心混凝土的约束套箍效果降低,混凝土强度等级为C30时,组合柱约束能力最大,约束系数为2.31。

Abstract:The steel pipe was eroded easily in the acid alkali chemical environment and damp environment. In order to improve the durability and bearing capacity of the structure, the GFRP-concrete-PVC tube new type composite column was put forward on the basis of the research of steel tubular concrete column and GFRP tube concrete column. The GFRP-concrete-PVC tube column was designed to analyze the composite column axis pressure performance and the ANSYS for GFRP-concrete-PVC tube column was used to analyze the assembly axial compression column numerically. The results showed that the bigger was the concrete strength, the bigger was ultimate bearing capacity of GFRP-concrete-PVC tube composite column, but the smaller was the increasing-rate of bearing capacity. With the increase of concrete strength, the constraints ferrule effect of GFRP outer tube to core concrete was reduced. The composite column constraint ability was the largest when concrete strength was C30, the ferrule constraint factor was 2.31.
