小径高比环形叶栅下游流的实验研究

摘    要:具有小径高比的环形透平静叶栅的吹风实验表明:沿尾流区的径向二次流和高损失区二次动能的消散引起的掺混是产生下游流损失的主要根源,因此减小或消除径向正压梯度和减少进入下游流低动量气流的数量是改善下游流特性的两条主要措施。

Abstract:The blasting experiments on the annular turbine stator cascade with a small diameter-blade height ratio provided in this paper show that the radial flow along the wake region and its mixing caused by the disspation of secondary kinetic energy in the high less region are the main origins of the losses of the cascade downstream flow. Therefore, to reduce or eliminate the gradient of redial positive pressure and to reduce the amount of low momentum airflow from getting into this downstream flow are two main ways to improve the performance of such a downstream flow.
