摘    要:按达到-0.074mm含量95%的产品细度要求,一般设计不采用大规格放流器,大山选矿厂二段设计采用350mm旋流器作为再磨分级设备,在使用过程中,由于存在磨损快等问题,不久改用φ500mm旋流器,改用后,该机维修方便,使用寿命长,工艺性能稳定.数据分析表明.在同等给矿条件下,技术性能优于φ35mm旋流器.

Abstract:With the requirement for product size of-0.074mm by 95% , large scale of cyclone will not be used for general design. When designing section II of Dashan Plant,Q350mm cyclone is taken as re - grinding gradation device. Due to fast wearing prol ,Q350mm cyclone is replaced by Q500mm cyclone which is easy to maintenance with long life and stable performance. Data analysis shows that the technical performance of Q500mm cyclone is better than that of Q350mm cyclone when in the same feeding condition.
