| 摘 要： | ＡＲＰＳ（Ａｄｖａｎｃｅｄ Ｂｅｇｉｏｎａｌ Ｐｒｅｄｉｃｔｉｏｎ Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ）气象模式是一种非静力平衡的三维动力学气象预报模式，该模式在气象模拟领域处在世界领先水平，目前，国内尚未见到该模式在工程初中中应用，尚 属首次开发应用，在项目评审过程中，有关专家对此模式表现出极大的兴起，该模式对水生于厂十静风条件下的模拟应用使称们在现场测试条件有限的民政部下，对厂址静风条件下的海祟风环流有比较清晰的认

| Abstract: | The ARPS(Advanced Regional Prediction System)meteorological model is a kind of three dimension dynamic meteorological prediction model at static non-equilibrium. It is advanced in the meteorological field in the world. This model is applied on imitating the Hehuan factory site at static wind, and we can understand more clearly the sea and land breeze circulation at static condition when the on-the-spot conditions are limited. |
