摘    要:介绍了铁基燃烧型焊条的特点及其研究现状,针对将普通铁基燃烧型自蔓延焊条应用于立焊时焊接效果不佳的事实,在普通铁基燃烧型焊条的基础上,借鉴其他焊接技术的立焊工艺原理(包括短渣、造气、活化焊、小热量短弧焊接等),研制可应用于立焊应急焊接的燃烧型焊条,以达到利用该焊条施行简便、快捷、单兵通用的立焊抢修目的.通过大量实验认为,...

Abstract:The feature and current status of manual SHS welding rod was introduced.In allusion to the fact that the vertical welding effect was extraordinary bad when used with common Fe-base SHS welding rod,the SHS welding rod applicable for the vertical welding was developed by drawing lessons from the other vertical welding technology,including short slag,produce gas,activating flux,short arc as well as little heat,in order to let the use of SHS welding rod easy and convenience when there are vertical welding operation.After a large number of experiment,which suggest that the expected welding effect cannot be achieved when bring the tradition vertical welding principle into the SHS welding because of the special principle of SHS welding.This paper will explain the reason of the phenomenon above from the angle of principle on emphasis,and the farther research orientation was indicated.
