汽轮机冷端优化方法的研究与应用技术

摘    要:指出通过对循环水系统的优化运行,可提高机组运行的经济性0.2%~0.75%。阐述了循环水系统的优化运行实质上就是根据机组的负荷和循环水温度,寻找机组运行的最佳背压、凝结水最佳过冷度和最佳循环水流量之间的关系,合理配置循环泵的运行控制方式,以提高机组的经济性。

Abstract:By optimizing the operation of water circulating system,the economical efficiency of the unit can be improved by 0.2%-0.75%.The essence of optimal operation of water circulating system is,based on the load and the temperature of the circulating water,to identify the relations among optimal back pressure,condensate supercooling degree and circulating water flow so that the operational mode can be controlled rationally and the unit operation can be improved economically.
