卵巢癌术前腹腔化疗的临床意义

目的探讨术前腹腔化疗对治疗卵巢癌的临床意义。方法对曾行细胞减灭术的晚期上皮性卵巢癌患者进行回顾性分析,按照术前是否化疗分为二组,比较两组患者的预后。结果术前化疗组32例,未化疗组46例,两组患者的手术范围基本相同。但术前化疗组术中出血量及肉眼残留病灶较未化疗组明显减少,5年存活率分别为53.12％和32.6％(P<0.05),差异具有显著意义。结论对于晚期上皮性卵巢癌患者,术前估计难以达到满意的肿瘤细胞减灭术时,采用术前腹腔化疗的方法可提高手术疗效和患者的生存率。

Evaluation of the chemotherapy before operation in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer

To investigate the intraperitioneal chemotherapy before surgery for ovarian carcinoma Methods The patients of cytoreductive surgery were divided into two groups according to whether they had received intraperitioneal chemotherapy or not before operation Retrospective analysis was performed; the prognodtic factors and survival rates were compared. Results 32 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer received intraperitioneal chemotherapy before surgery, while other 46 cases didn't The operation scale was nearly the same. But the residual focus was significantly difference between two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion The chemotherapy before operation may provide better survivals in advanced ovarian carcinoma.
