| 摘 要： | 研究了应用工业控制机对空调压缩机排气管的高频钎焊过程进行控制检测的问题。为实现高频感应装置加热工件和钎料的工艺，设计了一套专用控制程序，配备动画软件模拟钎焊过程，具有检测、控制、计数等多项功能，并成功地应用于钎焊过程。

| Abstract: | Using an industry control computer, the detection and control for HF brazing compressor air drains is discussed in the paper. In order to accomplish teh technique of heating workpiece and filler metal, a special controlling program has been designed, with and animating program applied to simulate the program procedure. It consists of detecting, controlling, warning, counting etc. and has been successfully adopted in the brazing process. |
