| 摘 要： | 为观察中药痤疮霜治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效,将69例患者随机分成单纯组33例和面膜组36例,单纯组单纯外用痤疮霜,面膜组再配合蒸汽熏蒸石膏倒膜,疗程30天。结果：单纯组总显效率为54．5％,面膜组为77．8％。治疗后炎性丘疹和脓疱皮损均数比较,2组差异有显著性意义,治疗后粉刺改善情况,2组比较差异无显著性意义。提示面膜组综合治疗效果更佳。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of "Ache Powder" in the treatment of ache vulgaris, 69 cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 33 cases were treated with "Ache Powder" and treatment group in which 36 cases were treated with "Acne Powder" plus steaming and face pack, with a course of 30 days. Results:The total effective rate was 54.5% in control group and 77.8% in treatment group; after treatment, the inflammatory papule and pustule were relieved more significantly in treatment group than in control group. |
