摘    要:研究了制膜溶液相态的不同对溶致液晶聚芳酰胺(PPTA)分子沉积膜摩擦学性能的影响,分析了PPTA分子沉积膜向对偶面的转移与沉积,并讨论了转移膜性能与PPTA优良的抗磨减摩性能之间的关系。结果表明,PPTA转移膜与对偶面之间具有一定的结合力,摩擦过程实际上是在沉积膜与转移膜之间进行。当对偶面上的转移膜脱落时,PPTA的沉积膜的摩擦系数逐渐增大并且很快被磨穿。

Abstract:The molecular deposited films of liquid crystal polymer PPTA were successfully fabricated on glass from both lyotropic liquid crystal solution and isotropic solution. The different friction behavior of the two different films was distinguished. The transfer and deposition of the films on the Si_3N_4 counter-face during the sliding was investigated. The relation between the quality of the transfer film and the anti-wear quality of the PPTA molecular deposited film was also discussed. As a result, the juncture between PPTA transfer film and the counter-face is so strong that the sliding cycles can be prolonged beyond 1000 times; furthermore, the friction actually occurs between the deposited film and the transfer film, which is a balanceable course. When the transfer film eventually escapes from the counter-face, the deposited film would be soon worn out.
