使用一次性塑料尿袋效果观察

对３８例使用一次性塑料尿袋的患者，进行尿液细菌学监测，结果有１０例发生尿路感染，感染菌为肠杆菌科细菌。通过对１０例尿路感染病例的观察，说明留置尿袋时间越长，感染率越高，且尿路感染与导尿病人的手术部位密切相关。与有关资料对比，导尿病人应用一次性尿袋对控制尿路感染的效果显著，明确了导尿病人更换尿袋的时间。

Observation of Effects of Disposable Plastic Urine Bags

The bacteriological detection of urine was conducted in 38 cases using a disposable plastic urine bag.The results showed that 10 of them had urinary tract infection.The bacteria were ones of Entero-bacteriaceae.The observation of the ten cases with the urinary tract infection revealed that the longer the bag was retained the higher the infection rate was and the urinary tract infection was closely concerned with the operative site.The authors believed that a disposable plastic urine bag was beneficial to controlling the urinary tract infection in the patients needing urethral catheterization.The routine bacteriological detection was necessary for the urine bag and the time for changing the urine bag was determined.
