| 摘 要： | 茶碱因副作用多、治疗功效相对较低使其在支气管哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)治疗中受到一定限制,但近年研究表明茶碱除舒张支气管平滑肌外,低剂量茶碱(血浆茶碱浓度小于10 mg/L)还具有抗气道炎症及免疫调节作用,为茶碱在两种疾病治疗中的应用提供了又一理论依据.

| Abstract: | Theophylline has been reduced usage in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease because of the high frequency of side effects and the relatively low efficacy. However, recent researches have demonstrated that low-dose theophylline can not only relax airway smooth muscle but also have anti-inflammatory or immunomodulatory actions, which provides theory basis for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
