血型相关性抗原和Sialy—Tn抗原在女性胎儿生殖器官的表达

应用免疫组织化学方法探讨Ｈ、Ｌｅｗｉｓ－ａ，Ｌｅｗｉｓ－ｂ，Ｌｅｗｉｓ－ｘ，Ｌｅｗｉｓ－ｙ，Ｓｉａｌｙｌ－Ｌｅｗｉｓ－ａ，Ｓｉａｌｙｌ－Ｌｅｗｉｓ－ｘ，Ｓｉａｌｙｌ－ｄｉｍｅｒｉｃ－Ｌｅｗｉｓ－ｘｉ和Ｓｕｉａｌｙｌ－Ｔｌ等９种糖抗原在人胎儿卵巢，子宫和阴道中的表达。卵巢卵母细胞的胞质中机见ＳＬｘ，Ｌａ及Ｌｂ抗原的表达，并随胎龄增长而增多。

EXPRESSION OF BLOOD-TPYE RELATED ANTIGENS AND SIALYL-Tn ANTIGEN IN FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS OF HUMAN FETUSES

The expression of nine carbohydrate antigens including H, Lewis-a, -b,-x, -y(La,Lb,Lx, Ly), Sialyl-Lewis-a(SLa), Sialyl-Lewis-x(SLx), Dimetric Sialyl Lewis-xi(SLxi), and Sialyl-Tn (STn) in the ovary, uterus, cervix and vagina of human fetuses was examined by immunohis-tochemical techniques. SLx, La and Lb antigens were expressed in the germ cells, increasing with gestational age. In simple columnar epithelium of utering endometrium and cervical mucous, the patterns of the changes in immunoreactivity of 9 antigens according to gestation weeks fell in-to 3 categories: (1) Increasing type (La, SLx, H), increasing with gestational age; (2) Faintly expressed type (SLa, Lx. SLxi, STn); (3) Early onset type (Lb, Ly), well expressed in early gestational weeks. In cervical and vaginal squamous epithelium, the patterns of changes in im-munoreactivity were also divided into 3 categories: (1) Increasing type (SLxi, H); (2) Faintly expressed type (SLa, Lx, STn); (3) The moderately expressed type in the early gestational weeks and strongly expressed type after 2nd trimester (La, Lb, SLx, LY).Some of these anti-gens were known as oncogeric antigens. These findings may contribute not only to embryology but also to the studies of cell surface molecules of gynecological cancers.
