Clusterin、Livin、和P53在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的研究Clusterin(簇集蛋白)、Livin(凋亡抑制蛋白)和野生型P53在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测42例胃癌组织和30例正常胃组织中Clusterin、Livin和P53蛋白的表达情况。结果Clusterin、Livin和P53在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为71.4%、85.7%和76.2%,均为高表达;Clusterin、Livin和P53蛋白的表达与与有无淋巴结转移、分化程度、浸润深度和TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。Clusterin、Livin蛋白的表达在生存时间分别<3年及≥3年时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Clusterin、Livin、和P53在肿瘤侵袭转移中发挥了重要作用,检测Clusterin、Livin和P53的表达可作为预测胃癌的转移趋势指标,为胃癌的诊治提供临床参考。

Expression and clinical significance of Clusterin, Livin and P53 in gastric cancer

Objective To study the expression of Clusterin,Livin and P53 in gastric cancer,and to investigate the clinical significance of Clusterin,Livin and P53 proteins expression.Methods Expression of Clusterin,Livin and P53 in 42 specimens and 30 normal tissue specimens of gastric cancer was determined by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive rate of Clusterin,Livin and P53 was 71.4%,85.7% and 76.2%.The expression of Clusterin,Livin and P53 in the tis sue of gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue,the expression of Clusterin,Livin and P53 protein was associated with lymphatic metastasis,infiltration depth,degrees of differentiation and TNM staging（P〈0.05）.Clusterin,Livin protein expression compared in survival time 3 and ≥3 had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clusterin,Livin and P53 protein play a critical role in tumor metastasis.Co-detection of the expression of Clusterin,Livin and P53 protein can be used to predict the metastatic potential of gastric cancer,and it provides clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
