摘    要:为了扩大低温流动改进剂(CFI.Cold flow improvers)T-1804在柴油中的使用范围,针对T-1804用于高蜡柴油后出现的蜡晶分散性差的特点,设计合成了3类蜡晶分散助剂并分别与T-1804复合使用。结果表明,具有稠环芳烃结构的分散助剂与T-1804复合使用,无论是对低蜡或是高蜡柴油均产生了显著的助降冷滤点效果;分散助剂中烃基链段长度、极性基与非极性基的比例均对其助降冷滤点效果有影响。

Abstract:Three types of dispersants for dispersing wax crystallites in diesel oils were designed and synthesized to expand the application of cold flow improver T-1804 for high wax containing diesel oils. Experimental results showed that dispersants containing structure of fused aromatics compounding with T-1804 performed more effective than T-1804 only when used for diesel oils with either low-wax or high-wax contents for lowing the cold filter plugging point (CFPP). Moreover, all the alkyl chain length and the ratio of polar group and to non-polar group in dispersant affect the ability of dispersants for lowering the CFPP.
