| 摘 要： | 目的:了解初产妇在分娩前后的焦虑、抑郁情况。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)进行评定分析,测定血雌二醇和孕酮值。结果:分娩前后均有一定的焦虑和抑郁发生率。结论:应重视孕产妇的心理状态。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the psychological state of anxiety and depression in primiparas before and after delivery. Method:The primiparas were evaluated with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS)and their plasma estradiol and progesterone were measured.
