| 摘 要： | 本文报告急性心肌梗塞并室间隔穿孔（ＶＳＲ）三例的临床特点、诊断、治疗。阐述了漂浮导管在ＶＳＲ治疗中的重要性，指出手术是ＡＭＩ后ＶＳＲ的唯一出路。

| Abstract: | This article is a clinical analysis 3 patientswith ruptare of the ventricular septum (VSR) occured within2 to 7dsys after AMI, and a holosystolicmurmur which is theloudest in the third or fourth intercostal space developed.The diagnosis can be made by 2 -dimensional and Dopplerechocardiography. It the explains that bedside catheterization using Swan - Ganz flowdirected catheter is necessary inboth diagnosis and beatment. Finally, it states that surgicalrepair of the ventricular septal defect is the only hope forsurvival in these patients. |
