后腹腔镜下自制网袋肾悬吊固定术治疗肾下垂的初步疗效观察

目的：探讨后腹腔镜下自制网袋肾悬吊固定术治疗肾下垂的价值。方法：回顾性分析3例后腹腔镜下自制网袋肾悬吊固定术治疗肾下垂的临床资料，包括手术适应证、腔镜径路、具体操作、出血量、手术时间、住院时间及随访结果。结果：手术时间分别为240、115和110min。术中出血量少于50ml．术后均未用止痛针，当晚即进食，平卧2周．住院0．5个月。分别随访15、6和4个月，B超显示肾脏位置正常。结论：自制水囊扩张后腹膜腔暴露清楚．后腹膜腔手术时间并不长于其他手术方式，而微创优势明显．术后绝无肠粘连并发症。自制网袋悬吊肾脏固定牢靠．两者结合，疗效确切，值得推广。

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy with self-made string bag for nephroptosis

Objective:To study clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy with self-made string bag for nephroptosis.Methods:Three cases of nephroptosis were enrolled.Their clinical data and follow-up results were studied.Results:All cases were successful.The operative time was 240 min,115 min,110 min respectively.The operative blood lost was less than 50 ml,and the mean bedresttime was 14 d.BUS revealed kidneys in the affected part were in the normal region during 8 months' follow-up.The clinical symptom of all 3 cases was completed relief.Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy was minimally invasive,less post operative complications and quicker recovery.Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy with self-made string bag is safe and effective worthy of clinical dissemination.
