| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性弥漫性脑肿胀致脑疝的围术期治疗方法和效果。方法回顾分析92例外伤后弥漫性脑肿胀致脑疝患者围术期的相关治疗和预后。结果根据GOS评分,92例患者中57例预后较好,其中良好48例,中度致残9例;35例预后较差,重度致残10例,植物生存8例,死亡17例。结论对外伤性弥漫性脑肿胀致脑疝患者采用围术期的综合治疗,能明显提高患者的救治成功率,降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment and curative effect of herniation of brain due to traumatic diffuse brain swelling in the peri-operation period.Methods The corresponding treatment and effects of 92 cases about herniation of brain due to traumatic diffuse brain swelling in the peri-operation period were analyzed retrospectively.Results According to GOS score,there were 57 patients with good prognosis,including 48 patients recovered good and 9 patients were medium disabled.35 patients with poor prognosis,including 10 patients were severely disabled,8 patients were vegetative state and 17 patients died.Conclusion The general treatment of herniation of brain due to traumatic diffuse brain swelling in the peri-operation period can increase the rate of success distinctly and reduce the fatality rate. |
