老年人甲状腺机能亢进11例误诊分析

目的]分析老年甲状腺机能亢进误诊原因,以提高对该病的诊治水平.方法]对我院2001年至2005年间收治的25例住院老年甲亢患者予临床资料分析。结果]25例患者中11例患者被早期误诊,误诊率为44%,结论]老年人甲亢临床表现往往不典型,易误诊为心血管系统、消化系统、神经精神类疾病等。临床上应注意提高对老年甲亢的认识和重视,以减少误诊。
