| Abstract: | This paper presents the situation of modeling and computer simulation in modern switching-mode power supplies industries.By introducing the SIMetrix/SIMPLIS software package and analyzing its merits and drawbacks,an example of modeling an integrated circuit(IC) controller is given to show the modeling process in this simulation environment and some key techniques are discussed. |
