摘 要: | 数字射频存储器(DRFM)是先进欺骗式干扰机的核心,现代电子对抗应用对DRFM的要求不仅是瞬时带宽大,还要求其复制精确、控制灵活。文章提出了一种基于正交双通道采样的DRFM结构,并详细描述了实现中的关键设计技术。实现的DRFM瞬时带宽达250MHz,其中利用了高速的FPGA DSP完成对高达500MB/s的数据流进行实时FFT等数字处理。这种DRFM可以实现快速的侦察测量和复杂的干扰调制,具有较宽的适用范围和良好的应用前景。

Abstract: | DRFM is the kernel part of advanced deception jammer, modern ECM applications require wide instantaneous bandwidth, accurate duplication and flexible control for the DRFM. A kind of DRFM structure based on dual-channel sampling is presented, and the key design techniques in implementation are described in this paper. The instantaneous bandwidth of the DRFM implemented in this paper could reach 250MHz, while the DRFM executes real-time FFT processing for 500MB/ s data stream with high speed signal processor made up of FPGA DSP. This DRFM could perform rapid reconnaissance and complicated modulation, thus owns good application perspective. |
