浅谈贯穿装配式住宅全生命周期的BIM信息化管理

自21世纪起,我国的建筑业开始进入高速发展期,为国民经济的发展做出了重大贡献,同时支撑着我国的房屋建设任务.建筑业快速发展的同时,其技术和管理水平相对落后,建筑业的资源浪费严重.为了解决这些问题,国家大力推行装配式住宅和BIM技术.文章介绍了建筑信息模型（BIM）以及预制装配式住宅的主要概念,并着重就BIM技术在装配式住宅全生命周期实际应用的可能性和方式展开探讨,同时介绍了目前上海城建将BIM技术应用于预制装配式住宅全生命周期的主要成果.
