液体培养基快速分离结核杆菌的效果评价

目的　评估结核杆菌快速分离液体培养基的分离效果。　方法　采用传统的罗 -琴氏培养基与快速液体分离培养基平行对照分离临床标本 ,比较其分离阳性率 ,以评价其分离效率。　结果　液体培养基对 14 2份临床标本总的分离阳性率为 2 3 94% ( 3 4/14 2 ) ,对 12 5份痰标本的分离阳性率为 2 6 4% ( 3 3 /12 5 )。 3 8份标本用罗 -琴氏培养基和液体培养基进行平行接种 ,结果两者的分离阳性率分别为 10 5 3 % ( 4 /3 8)和 3 1 5 8% ( 12 /3 8) ,后者明显高于前者 (x2 =9 686,P<0 0 1) ;阳性结果出现时间 ,前者最早为 2 2d ,平均 2 5 5d ,后者最早 6d ,平均 12 67d ,两者差异有显著性意义 (t =1 90 3 1,P <0 0 5 )。　结论　应用结核杆菌快速液体分离培养基可以明显提高分离阳性率和缩短培养时间

Evaluation on the effectiveness of isolation of mycobacterium tuberculosis with fast liquid culture medium

Objective Evaluate the culture effect of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis liguid cultare medta. Methods Using two media of fast liquid and Lowensein-Jensen agar to isolate the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis(M TB) parallelly from the clinical sample and compare the isolation posittive rate, so as to evaluate the effect of isolation Results The liquid fast culture detect 34 cases of positive result out of all 142 clinical samples; the total positive rate is 23 94% During the contrast test, both media of liquid fast medium and Lowensein-Jensen agar medium are used parallelly for isolating M TB from 38 samples, the culture positive rate of former is 31 58%(12/38)and of latter is 10 53%(4/38);the difference between rates is remarked(x 2=9 686,P<0 01);And also the shortest positive-result-present time (PRPT)of former is shorter than latter(6 to 22 days), the means of PRPT of them are 12 67 and 25 5 days separately Conclusion Using the fast liquid culture medium to culture M TB can improve positive rate and short the PRPT
