| 摘 要： | 目的了解某高等院校教职工的总体健康状况,为制定疾病防治措施提供有效的依据。方法对该校在职教职工进行健康体检,将体检数据输入《高校教师健康档案管理系统》,然后对常见病症进行统计分析。结果检出率较高的病症为高脂血症(33.57%)、脂肪肝(17.63%)、心电图异常(11.57%)。≥40岁组高脂血症、脂肪肝、心电图异常、高血压、肝囊肿、HBV感染、高血糖、肾囊肿及胆结石检出率明显高于40岁组(P0.01或P0.05)。两年龄组ALT水平及肾结石检出率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压、高血糖、胆结石检出率男性明显高于女性(P0.01或P0.05);不同性别心电图异常、ALT水平、肝囊肿、HBV感染及肾结石检出率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论高校教职工健康状况不容乐观。常见病症检出率较高,患病种类较多,大多常见病以男性患病为主,40岁以上发病率高。学校应采取有效措施,提高教师健康水平。 |
