摘    要:设计了一种复合结构磁扭转微镜光学电流互感器 (OCT),采用光强度归一化数据处理技术, 消除了强度型OCT受环境变化和光源波动等的影响,得到了线性度很好的传感器 响应曲线。通过 耦合效率与微镜扭转角度仿真曲线,获得准直器端面与微镜的距离的合适值。检测电路采用 双光纤准直器光检测技术,实现电流-光强度的传感检测。接收光信号处理后,对 50Hz交变 电流的测试实验结果表明,在5~50A电流范围内,当光源光强度下 降3dB和光纤衰减器 变化3dB的情况下,传感器输出信号响应灵敏度均保持为0.034/A, 并且基本不随被测电 流变化影响,输出响应非线性误差小于±1%,获得良好的输出线性响应曲线。

Abstract:A magnetic torsion micro-mirror optical current transformer with a composite structure is studied in this paper,which adopts data processing technology of n ormalized intensity. Good linearity of the sensor response is obtained,because the effects of the en vironmental change,light source fluctuation,and other factors on the intensity-modulated optical sensor can be eliminated.Design theory and sensing principle of the optical current tr ansformer are introduced,and the structural parameters of the sensing part are designed.We obtain the appropriate value of distance between collimator end and micro mirror through the simulation curves of coupling efficiency and micro-mirror torsion angle. The detection of current to optical intensity is realized by using the dual-fiber collimator.After optical signal processing,the experiment al results on the 50Hz alternating current test show that the response sensitivity maintains 0.034/A in the range of 5-50A,when the intensity of the light source is decrea sed by 3dB or the optical fiber attenuator is changed in the case of 3dB. The output response nonli nearity error is within±1%,and a good output response linearity can be achieved.
