超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺周围性病变中的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺周围型病变临床诊断中的应用价值。方法对贴近胸壁及超声能显示的肺周围型病灶48例,先观察二维图像及血流分布,再行彩超引导下经皮肺穿刺活检。结果一次穿刺成功率为95.8%(46/48);穿刺组织用于病理诊断满意率93.8%(45/48);并发症发生率6.3%(3/48)。结论对超声能显示的肺周围型病变行彩超引导下穿刺活检术,取材成功率高,是一种安全、有效的活检方法。

Abstract:Objective To Assess the application of color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung biopsy in diagnosis of peripheral lung lesions.Methods Color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung biopsy was performed in 48 patients with peripheral lung lesions,which were close to the chest wall shown by ultrasonography.Biopsy samples were obtained after examining two-dimensional images and blood flow of the foci.Results In this group of patients the successful rate of first puncture was 95.8%(46/48);the satisfaction rate of biopsy samples for pathological examination was 93.8%(45/48);the incidence rate of complications was 6.3%(3/48).Conclusion For peripheral lung lesions which can be shown by ultrasonography,color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung biopsy is a safe and effective diagnostic procedure.
