摘    要:异步电动机采用CCQ方法进行节能改造,比单纯采用CC材料改造有明显优点,它克服了单纯用CC材料改造使起动力矩和过载能力稍有下降的缺点。本文介绍了CCQ方法的节能原理,气隙扩大值的计算方法,转子加热温度的选择,并通过两个实例,证明了改造后的效果。

Abstract:Compare with CC material, CCQ method has significant advantages for energy saving and Improvement of an asynchronous motor. Starting moment and overload a-bility would slightly decrease when CC material is used alone. It may overcome the above shortcom1ng~ when CCQ method is used. This paper describes energy saving principles of CCQ method, calculation method of air gap enlarging values and selection of rotor heat tem-perature. By two examples it has proved the efficiencies after Improvement.
