家属协同护理对乳房切除患者伤口愈合及瘢痕美观性影响

分析家属协同护理对乳房切除患者伤口愈合及瘢痕美观性的影响。方法 选择2022年7月-2023年 9月于本院进行诊疗的60例乳房切除患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，每组30例。 对照组实施围术期护理，观察组在对照组基础上增加家属协同护理，比较两组伤口愈合情况、瘢痕淡化情 况、焦虑及抑郁程度。结果 观察组甲级伤口愈合率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组OSAS、PSAS评分低于 对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 对乳房切除患者实施家属协同 护理干预可优化伤口愈合程度，淡化伤口瘢痕，促进其心理状态好转。

Effect of Family Collaborative Nursing on Wound Healing and Scar Aesthetics in Patients Undergoing Mastectomy

To analyze the effect of family collaborative nursing on wound healing and scar aesthetics in patients undergoing mastectomy. Methods Sixty patients with mastectomy who were treated in our hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given perioperative nursing, and the observation group was given family collaborative nursing on the basis of the control group. The wound healing, scar desalination, anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups. Results The healing rate of grade A wound in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of OSAS and PSAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with mastectomy, family collaborative nursing intervention can optimize the degree of wound healing, dilute the wound scar, and promote the improvement of their psychological state.
