摘    要:为了满足弧焊机器人波控CO2高速焊的要求,研制了一种智能控制波控CO2焊系统,利用波控逆变电源控制参数多、可控的特点,解决了CO2焊过程飞溅大、焊缝成形差的缺点,在中薄板高速焊中,使焊接速度达到1.5m/min,提高了CO2焊接系统的工艺性能。

Abstract:For the need of arc robot waveform control in CO 2 high-speed welding, a suit of intelligent waveform control CO 2 welding system is developed. This system take the advantage of the waveform control inverter power source characteristic that more parameter can be controlled and controllability is better, and settle the problems that the spatter is much and the appearance of weld is bad. In the sheet metal welding, the welding speed reaches 1.5 m/min, and the procedure performance is improved.
