| 摘 要： | 目的了解安徽省全椒县农村已婚妇女自觉生殖道感染(RTI)状况及其影响因素,为今后生殖道健康预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法采用方便整群抽样方法,进行统一问卷调查。结果共调查986人,收集有效问卷945份;51.5%的对象在近半年自觉有生殖道感染症状,在有症状者中就诊者占52.3%;在过去1年中10.7%的对象做过妇科检查,14.7%参加过当地卫生部门组织的健康讲座;自觉生殖道感染阳性症状与年龄、丈夫受教育程度、知晓生殖道感染症状、饭前洗手等个人卫生习惯均有关联(P(0.05),而与家居环境、家庭饮用水类型等无关联(P0.05)。结论加强生殖健康知识的宣传力度、动员农村妇女及其家人积极参与是预防生殖道感染的有效措施。
