| 摘 要： | [目的]观察内外兼治痛风性关节炎的临床疗效.[方法]治疗组42例石膏知母汤合三妙丸加减口服,外用金黄散软膏帖敷;对照组30例秋水仙碱口服,疗程均为1周.[结果]治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01).[结论]中医药内外兼治痛风性关节炎有良好的清热镇痛、降血尿酸作用,见效快,副作用少,复发率低.
