摘    要:石油化工的许多产品对设备有很强的腐蚀性,石化设备的防腐非常重要。选择耐蚀性好的材料是防止设备腐蚀的一条主要途径。00Cr20Ni18Mo6CuN是耐蚀性和工艺性能良好的材料,在国外具有广泛用途,在国内使用效果良好,是制造石油化工压力容器设备的一种很好的耐蚀材料。文章就该材料的用途、特性及焊接工艺进行介绍。该材料化学成分的特点是低C、高Mo,并含有Cu和N。焊接性分析表明,该材料的抗热裂纹能力较强,可焊性较好。阐述了焊接材料的选择原则,给出了钨极惰性气体保护焊和手工电弧焊的推荐焊接工艺参数。指出了该材料在焊接时采取的特殊工艺措施和注意事项。

Abstract:The anticorrosion ability is very important for petrochemical equipment, because many petrochemical products have strong corrosion effects on the equipment. Selecting the material with good anticorrosion ability is a main way to protect equipment. The stainless steel 00Cr20Ni18Mo6CuN is such a material with good anticorrosion ability and process performance. Therefore it is a good anticorrosion material used in manufacture of petrochemical pressure vessel and equipment. It is widely used abroad and also gets a good result in domestic application. This paper introduces the application, property and welding of the material. The chemical composition features are of contents of low C, high Mo, some Cu and N. Weldability analysis shows it possesses a relatively good anti - heat cracking ability and weldability. The paper also describes the principle of welding material selection, recommends the welding process parameters of tungsten inert gas arc welding and manual metal arc welding, and points the special process measure and notable matters for welding.
