| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省建筑业发展现状与存在问题的分析,以及国际建筑业的比较研究,提出了建筑强省的概念和基本特征,构建了浙江省建筑强省规划指标以及发展目标,设计了构建建筑强省的政策保障体系。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the concept and characteristics of province with prosperous construction industry are brought forward through analyzing the present status of construction industry in Zhejiang province and international comparison. Then planning indicator system of building prosperous construction industry in Zhejiang province is established. Finally, the policy system of building prosperous construction industry is built up. |
