系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性与证型的关系研究

[目的]分析系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE）疾病活动性与证型的关系。[方法]制定入选标准,收集SLE患者的基本信息、证素信息、疾病活动性评分及相关实验室检测指标。制定SLE中医证素调查表,在SLE轻重度分级的基础上,分别收集初诊的SLE患者的四诊信息及相关实验室检测指标信息。[结果]入组的135例SLE患者以女性为多,占88.1%;135例患者中,阴虚火旺证17例、阴虚证16例、阳虚46例、阴阳（气）两虚32例、实证（湿证、血瘀等）24例,各证型患者的疾病活动指数（disease activity index,DAI）之间有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;CRP、24h尿蛋白、关节炎表现在不同证型间均具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。[结论]SLE、DAI、CRP、24h尿蛋白、血小板减少、关节炎表现在不同证型的SLE患者间存在明显差异。

The Relationship of SLE Disease Activity with The TCM Type

[Objective]To analyse the relationship of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） disease activity with the type of the traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]Making the inclusion criteria,collect the basic information of the patients with SLE,type information,disease activity score and related laboratory test index.To develop SLE TCM syndrome type questionnaire,on the basis of SLE light and heavy severe classification,respectively,collect the SLE patients with four diagnostic information and related laboratory test index of information at their first diagnosis.[Results] In the group of 135 cases of SLE patients with multiple women,accounting for 88.1%;According to the analysis of the type of the 135 cases of patients,Yin deficiency of fire syndrome oc-cupied 17 cases,Yin deficiency syndrome occupied 16 cases,Yang deficiency occupied 46 cases,Yin and Yang two deficiency occupied 32 cases and em-pirical（wet syndrome,blood stasis,etc.） occupied 24 cases,and each syndrome patients were statistically different between disease activity（SLEDAI）;CRP,24 hupro,arthritis and thrombocytopenia were statistically different between the different syndrome types.[Conclusion] SLEDAI are obviously different a-mong different types of the traditional Chinese medicine,which is the same in the case of CRP,24 hupro,thrombocytopenia and arthritis.
