| 摘 要： | 大连是中国软件与服务外包的中心城市,坚持以政府推动、市场主导为原则,以国际化和提高自主创新能力为方向,以人才培养、引进为核心,大力开拓以ITO、BPO为代表的服务外包业务。本文从分析大连IT教育现状入手,剖析了目前存在的问题,最后提出了建设全国IT教育基地的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | Dalian is the central city of Chinese software and service outsourcing and it insists on the principle of government promotion and market dominant.Its direction is internationalization and to improve the ability of independent innovation.Besides,its core is to introduce and cultivate talents.Its goal is to heavily exploit ITO,BPO,representative of service outsourcing.This article starts from analyzing the current situation of Dalian IT training,and then dissects the existing problems.Finally,the author puts forward the thoughts and suggestions on constructing national IT educational base. |
