承德市滦河流域需水预测及水资源可持续利用对策研究

摘    要:承德市是滦河发源地,众多支流均位于承德市境内。随着社会经济的迅速发展,特别是1997年以来,滦河流域持续性干旱,水资源逐步减少的趋势也非常明显。因此,开展承德市滦河流域需水预测及水资源可持续利用对策研究对于滦河水资源可持续利用具有重要意义。论文收集了大量的经济统计和用水资料,对承德市滦河流域未来需水状况进行分析和预测,分析表明到2030年承德市滦河流域需水将比2007年增加1倍。需要有计划地分阶段建设更多蓄水工程,调整产业结构,强化节水,发展中水回用工程,提高水资源重复利用率,以有限的水资源来满足不断增长的用水需求。

Abstract:Chengde City is the origin of the Luanhe River.Plenty of tributaries of the river are located in the territory of Chengde City.With rapid social and economic development,especially since 1997,the Luanhe River basin occurs continuous drought and tendency of increasing decrement of water resources is very outstanding.Therefore,it is significant to carry out water demand predication and countermeasures study on sustainable utilization of water resources of the Luanhe River of Chengde City.In this paper,a lot of data on economic statistics and water consumption is collected and water demand in the Luanhe River basin in the future is analyzed and predicted.The analysis shows that the future water demand in the Luanhe River basin of Chengde City will be,by 2030,twice the water demand in 2007.Therefore,more water storage facilities shall be built as scheduled and by stage,industrial structures rebuilt,projects for reclaimed application developed,repeat application rate of water resources improved so that the limited water resources can satisfy increasing water demand.
